About the Opportunity 

Our client is looking for a self-starter and resourceful Inventory Clerk / Administrative Coordinator for a 3-month contract (potential for extension).

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; track orders and investigate problems
  • Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports
  • Process and/or approve invoices for payment
  • Process and document returns as required following established procedures
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Post secondary education in business or equivalent work experiences an asset

About the Job

This hourly pay for this position ranges between $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
