Description of duties:
- Delivers, integrates, enhances, maintains, and supports the operation of IT infrastructure and services. This includes activities, such as:
- installing, integrating, configuring, monitoring and testing components in the computing environment;
- logging, monitoring, investigating and resolving problems;
- updating and maintaining hardware and software inventory and monitoring system component performance and usage;
- ensures that the client’s needs are prioritized and met in a timely and professional fashion
- ensures that work performed in support of clients is documented accurately and in a timely manner
- documents work activities and problem resolution/escalation through the use of Canada Revenue Agency’s automated service management tools
- ensuring that issues are escalated to the appropriate level and documented, detailing the steps that have been taken
