Part-time, permanent, unionized
The Kingston Frontenac Public Library (KFPL) has an opening for the position of Page, part-time, permanent, unionized in the Technical Services department.

Hours of Work:
The hours of work for this position are listed below and take place at the Central branch. There may also be opportunities to work additional shifts on a casual, call-in basis.
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 1 to 5 p.m. (12 hours/week)
Primary Duties:
- Unpack and sort new materials.
- Minor processing of materials (stamps, labels, genre stickers).
- Assist with photocopying, folding and distribution of publicity materials.
- Shelve and retrieve materials as required.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with good customer service skills, a strong work ethic and an attention to detail and accuracy.
Applicants must be at least 14 years old.
Compensation:
Hourly rate is $17.64. This position is covered by the terms of the CUPE Local 2202.01 collective agreement with the Kingston Frontenac Public Library.
Conditions of Employment:
The successful candidate, to whom an employment offer has been made, shall be required to provide a current CRC (Criminal Record Check), including vulnerable sector, at their own expense as a condition of employment.
