Thinking in Pictures Educational Services (TIPES) is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated professionals driven by a passion for assisting individuals with autism and other learning needs in achieving their unique potential. Our team includes social workers, counsellors, behavior technicians, BCaBAs, BCBAs, and a consulting clinical psychologist. Requirements:
- University degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education,
- Autism and Behavioural Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
Responsibilities:
- Provide one on one instruction using ABA principles
- Demonstrate an ability to be fun, creative, and flexible in following the learner’s motivation
- Collect and track program data
- Develop and organize program material
- Work within the prescribed treatment programs from clinical supervisor
- Participate in team meetings with senior therapist and clinical supervisor as required

TIPES is based in Ottawa, Ontario. We are conveniently located close to Centre-town and all major transportation access points. Close to major amenities including gyms, malls, and restaurants. Parking is free.
