Providing excellent customer service and trip advice to outdoor enthusiasts and Canoe & sea kayak rentals and outfitting packages for Killarney Provincial Park & Northern Georgian Bay.

In addition, we operate an outdoor store minutes from the main Killarney Provincial Park entrance. Join us and earn valuable retail, management, customer service, and business skills in a challenging environment which encourages employee growth, amongst one of Ontario’s premier tourist destinations.

Responsibilities

• Phone, email and in person reservations
• Work in outdoor retail store
• Assist in planning and preparing outfitting packages
• Canoe and kayak deliveries (depending on skills and experience)
• Light outdoor maintenance duties
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• Telephone sales and office experience
• Some working knowledge of email, word processing
• Outdoor experience and interest
• Knowledge of outdoor gear and clothing (onsite training)
• Customer service personality
• Effective communication skills
• Adaptable/flexible/patient
• G drivers licence

Living Arrangements:
