Corporate Management Trainee - Guillevin International Co.

We are looking for an energetic Corporate Management Trainee with sales and management skills, and strong work ethic who is interested in starting a career at Guillevin International. 

Main Responsibilities:

• The Corporate Management Trainee program is a 3-year program to prepare select candidates for the position of Business Center Manager.
• The training consists of warehouse operations, administrative duties, sales and management · Develop relationships with key operations vendors
• Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems · Know and understand all our system functionalities
• Reflect the core values of the profit center and the company by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with our Company's Policies and Procedures · Engage in continued personal and professional development, and inspire employees to follow suit
• Play a key role in our annual inventory and reconciliation · Manage inventory adjustments throughout the year
• Process monthly ship and debit rebates · Support and train the team in all system and operational functions
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and vendor training
