Monster Energy - Street Team Representative - Monster Energy

The Monster Street Team program is a market specific program for Monster Beverage Corp. The purpose of the team is to:

• Support and assist Trade Development Managers in executing programs
• Increase Merchandising support in All Measured Channels
• Focus on Distribution, Space & points of interruption
• Build and Strengthen route level relationships in Nielsen measured accounts
• Execute “Curb to Vault” strategy for POS
• Support Sales efforts with communication via app-based tools

Essential Job Functions: Representatives will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

• Maintain direct route level relationships with Store Managers on their specific route
• Merchandising Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and in coolers
• Expanding cold space in all accounts where applicable
• Transport and placement of POS materials both in and outside of accounts
• Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage Corp.
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule, check in with Management via app-based tools
• Communicate execution action items to the Monster Street Team Lead via daily tracker
• Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire
• Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers
• Respond in a timely manner to Monster Street Team Lead and Trade Development Managers
• Keep abreast on products, the category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
• Master the equipment used to conduct resets, build displays and handle coolers & racks in these respective accounts.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• May be required to travel when necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
• General knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to drive on behalf of Monster
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport reset, display and POS equipment:
• Required: STR Kit [Base wrap x 1 roll, Monster case platforms x 2, Pricing, SDM Modulizer x 2, Mixed box of glides, Cooler Topper x 1]
• Periodically: Monster Dolly Rack, 22Wx23Dx67H, 46 lbs.

• Other related duties as assigned.
