Boulanger Industrial Group has been providing trusted overhead crane, control, millwright, welding and rigging solutions and services to Canada’s National Capital Region for over 30 years.
We are currently seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a trustworthy, problem-solving individual who can provide support to our team of technicians and clients with a high degree of accuracy and a thorough attention to detail. They are highly organized, disciplined, and proficient at computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google applications. They can adapt to a changing work environment and handle multiple priorities, and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, they work professionally and collaboratively in a team environment. They will benefit from flexible hours and health and dental benefits available.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare inspection reports and inspection certificates to send to clients
- Reviews technician's reports and recommendations with technicians and team to assist with planning.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for service repairs, order material and schedule with technicians and clients in coordination with other business priorities
- Maintain customer records and enter data into client databases
- Maintain positive customer relations by following up on inquiries or problems and by providing excellent service.
- Organize work and prioritize tasks in order of importance
- Perform general scanning, filing, and accounting assistance and other office administrative duties, as required.
- Provides suggestions and assists with improvement of relevant procedures and resources

- Strong computer skills – must be Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Google Suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Experience on industrial equipment would be an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
