We are looking for certified estheticians and aestheticians trained to do medi spa treatments with at least 2 years experience. We are a forward-thinking company that rewards well for like minded technicians for long term relationships.

• We offer both in-house and external training for our esthetic treatments and products
• Beauty Works features bright clean rooms, with electric tables and the most up to date equipment designed to be easy to work from.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and perform professional aesthetic services
• Educate guests on treatments and products we offer to maintain their wellness goals
• Write out an in house and home care plan for your guest to follow
• Perform all skin care services based on the packages our customers choose
• Participate in continuing education programs/ products and staff meetings
• Train new estheticians as they join our staff
• Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas
• Medical aestheticians to perform medi spa treatments such as laser hair removal, photofacials, body contouring, tattoo removal etc.

Qualifications

• Certified esthetician or certified medical esthetician diploma required
• Well educated in esthetic skin care ingredients
• General knowledge of makeup applications
• Ability to educate clients based on the treatments and products recommended to them
• Experience with waxing highly desirable
