We provide full administrative & reception support, equipment & supplies are provided, linen management, and professional marketing to keep your calendar full!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a dedication to providing personalized treatments and client care, and a commitment to enhancing their overall experience. This role requires a professional who can join our team in creating a relaxing environment for our clients and is passionate about contributing to their overall wellness and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client. Deep knowledge of various massage techniques is a bonus.
• Assess clients' individual needs and preferences to customize treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful work space.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and communication.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a cohesive and harmonious environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with spa policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state massage therapy license.
• Experience in a professional spa or wellness setting is an asset.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and soothing demeanor at all times.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Passion for health and wellness.
