Inside Sales Representative - Canarm Ltd.

Canarm currently has a temporary opening (approximately 13 months) in its Sales Department, Residential Business Unit. As the Inside Sales Representative, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to customer service.

 Key Duties

• Answering calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner
• Entering orders using Canarm’s order entry system
• Assisting customers with product questions
• Recommending appropriate products as required
• Partnering with Outside Sales Representatives to maintain customer requirements for their orders
• Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping requirements for orders out of our warehouses (all locations)
• Other ad hoc assignments as required

Minimum requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook
• Previous customer service experience and bilingualism are assets
