Lanark Lodge is a municipal LTC home with 163 residents that reside here. We offer a model for living to persons who require assistance with activities of daily life. Our philosophy of care provides choices for daily living, while ensuring that the quality and level of care is consistent. As an RPN you would administer medications under direction of the RN, help guide and assist PSW's with high quality and safe resident care, assist with the assessment of residents and other related duties as required.
