Qualified applicants must have a valid G or higher license issued in the province of Ontario. As a Delivery Associate, you are expected to deliver parcels to multiple residential and business addresses. Your day will start with a pre-trip inspection of the company provided cargo van. Once complete, you will be responsible to scan and load packages into the van. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Company vans are then returned to pick up location once package drop off is complete followed by a post-trip inspection.
Compensation:
- $22 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Vacation pay paid out weekly
- Paid via direct deposit
- Paid training
Shift:
- Start time between 10:00 AM and 11:00AM
- Finish time will vary daily depending on volume expect long days 8 to 10+ hours on a consistent basis.
- Full time (up to 5 days/week) and Part time available
- Work hours are not guaranteed and depend on the day's volume.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Valid Ontario G license
- 2+ years driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Courier experience an asset but not necessary
- Clean Background Check required
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
