Tri – Art Manufacturing/Audio is adding to its Audio team. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing Audio department. At Tri-Art Manufacturing/Audio we customize and design varying products. Responsible for assembling electronic circuit boards, electrical sub-assemblies, and electrical cables/harnesses and through standard manufacturing practices and procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance for the assembly of electrical and electronic assemblies. Ability to accurately follow written assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, or verbal work instructions to produce consistent workmanship to expected quality standards. Willing to perform a variety of manual tasks, which sometimes may be repetitive in nature. Our team takes pride in the quality of our products and the personalized service we provide. Responsibilities:
- Read work orders, follow production instructions, drawings, or sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Perform mechanical assembly of final assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Perform all operations related to the production of electrical measurement products, including preparing and installing sub-assemblies.
- Solder wires and electronic components on harnesses and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment (as required).
- Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, organizing, and cleaning.
- Perform wire-cutting, stripping, crimping, heat-shrinking and other simple cable operations.
- Perform hand winding operations of toroidal transformers.
- Assist QC with the test activities for finished products.
- Perform packing and crating tasks prior to product shipment.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Company.
